Chris has over thirty years of professional archaeological experience, spending the last eighteen in the Pacific Northwest. He has directed over four-hundred archaeological/ historic preservation projects in Washington, Oregon and Idaho, and meets the secretary of interior guidelines for both archaeology and historic preservation.

From 1995-2002, prior to his current position, Christopher was the Tribal Archaeologist for the Yakama Nation. There, he directed a wide range of projects, from cultural surveys to compliance work. He has experience in all areas of cultural resources management, and has developed strong ties with Native American groups throughout the Northwest.
Josh has been a professional archaeologist for 11 years, starting with a B.S. from the University of Idaho in 2012 and completing a M.S. from Central Washington University in 2020. Josh has been a professional archaeologist for 11 years, starting with a B.S. from the University of Idaho in 2012 and completing a M.S. from Central Washington University in 2020. His first job was a lab technician rehabilitating archaeological collections for the University of Idaho. Josh initially trained in historic archaeology working in Idaho and Nevada. Since then, he has worked primarily in Washington, California, and Oregon for multiple private Cultural Resources Management firms. Josh now co-owns and manages RLR Cultural Resources, Inc. based in Ellensburg, WA.
Josh is on the Association for Washington Archaeology Board of Directors and a member of the Register of Professional Archaeologists.
Mallory is an RLR Principal Investigator and co-owner and with 10 years of experience. Mallory has worked in Washington, Idaho, and California leading archaeological compliance projects.

Mallory has a B.S in Anthropology from the University of Idaho and an M.S. from Central Washington University.
Andy has three years of experience in Pacific Northwest archaeology with a B.S. in Anthropology. Andy is RLR's Field Director and manages projects across Washington and Oregon.
Yuki is a co-owner of RLR and administrator. She has a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Oregon and an M.S. in Biology from Central Washington University. Yuki conducts archaeological field work and administrative support.
Maria is a RLR Staff Archaeologist who works on a variety of projects in Washington State. Maria is well versed in National Register evaluations and has been working in both the government and private CRM sectors for six years. She has a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of California Santa Cruise and is working toward an M.S. at Central Washington University.
Tim is an RLR staff archaeologist with over 30 years of experience leading fieldwork and program operations with extensive expertise in training, compliance, site excavation, artifact preservation, and public education. Tim has a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Hawaii.
Aidan has three years of experience in Pacific Northwest archaeology. He has a B.A. in Archaeology from Willamette University and serves as an Archaeological Technician at RLR.
Ben is an RLR Archaeological Technician with two years of experience in Washington Archaeology. He has a B.A. in Anthropology from Central Washington University.
